Payments and Hours
A deposit of $400 is required to reserve your date. Deposits are non-refundable. Two day courtesy holds are offered for one date only. Final payment is due 3 weeks prior to your date. Balance due at that time is, total charges minus deposit. You will be mailed a statement al least 30 days prior to due date as a reminder. If the balance is not paid at that time, Arbor Manor reserves the right to cancel your event.

Cancellations must be done in writing. If your event is 90 days or more beyond your cancellation date, and we rebook your date within 30 days of your cancellation, we may refund the deposit, or you may carry over your deposit and rebook a new date if done within 6 months.

Facility doors close at 10pm. All clean up is required to be completed by then. Additional hours may be purchased for $200 per hour. Additional time must be scheduled prior to your final payment being made. Additional time will not be granted when requested the day of your event. A fee of $250 per hour is charged for any time used past closing time.

A refundable deposit of $300 is required for damages, kitchen and food clean up.

Food
All food must be brought in pre-prepared; our facility is designed with a serving kitchen only. Caterers must be made aware of this so they can plan accordingly. Servers are to be provided by the customer, and must be at least 12 years of age. Buffet style receptions usually require 3-4 servers.

By the end of your rental time, all food must be removed from the kitchen and dining room. All disposable dishes & napkins in the dining room must be removed. Paying customer, or their caterer, are required to return the kitchen to the clean condition they found it in, and take leftover food with them. All cleaning supplies are provided by Arbor Manor. Any violation of this policy will result in the withholding of the $300 damage & cleaning deposit.

Decorating
Any decorating must to be done by Arbor Manor, including linens and centerpieces. We offer hundreds of items to choose from, with over 30 choices of centerpieces, including beautiful fresh floral options.

Usage Regulations
According to Utah State law, smoking is not permitted within the building, or within 25 feet of Arbor Manor.

Arbor Manor cannot assume responsibility for damages or theft of any items brought into the facility. Arbor Manor is also not responsible for any damage or theft in the parking lot.

Paying customer assumes responsibility for any objects which are damaged or removed from Arbor Manor. Children may attend, however, we request that children stay with their parents, and not be left unattended in the facility or outdoors. Children will not be allowed upstairs or to run through the facility or outdoors.

Fresh rose petals and bubbles are allowed OUTSIDE the facility only. Matches, confetti, rice or birdseed is not permitted. If cars are decorated, please clean up all mess, during decorating and after the car leaves. A $100 fee will be deducted from the cleaning deposit if any parking lot cleanup has to be completed by Arbor Manor.

Sound System & Television

Arbor Manor provides a 5 disc CD player for music and a television/DVD player for a wedding video; however employees only may operate these. Guests are encouraged to bring in their own CDs which, which we will play for you. Our sound system is MP3 campatible, and we have a microphone. DJs are welcome and we can offer referrals.

Signature on the Arbor Manor Rental Agreement Form acknowledges you have received a copy of and agree with these policies.
