Arbor Manor Reception Center has been providing full reception services to the Salt Lake City area since 2003. Our venue offers a simple elegance

perfect for any event.

Our facility features a large, open ballroom with vaulted ceilings, a beautiful cherry wood staircase, a large hardwood dance floor, and an

an outdoor garden with mountain views.

Standard Standard Building RentalLow Season (Monday-Wednesday Evenings and Daytime) $1,200Regular Season (Nov-Apr Thursday-Saturday Evenings) $1,400Peak Season (May-Oct Thursday-Saturday Evenings) $1,600Our standard building rental can be everything you need, or a starting point to create the event you desire. It includes:Exclusive use of Arbor Manor for 5 hours including the ballroom, dining room, outdoor pavilion, serving kitchen (if providing your own catering), as well as bridal and groom suitesSet-up (and clean-up, if in-house catering is chosen)Tables with specialty linens in desired colorsCenterpieces with many customizable optionsBuffet, display, and other necessary tables with linensIn-house Audio/Visual including indoor and outdoor sound system, TV/DVD, and wireless microphoneProfessional event services including event coordination and event hostUse of facility for pre-wedding photosIf you select an in-house catering option, the following will also be included:Take-down and clean-upNapkins in desired colorsComplete cake cutting serviceProfessional servers and staff to cater your event

Flexible Flexible Building RentalAt Arbor Manor we are pleased to work with you to modify our standard packages to make the event fit your vision and budget. Please contact us to let us know your needs.

Hourly Hourly Catering FunctionsWe offer a discounted rental for special events including wedding luncheons/dinners, company parties, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, club meetings, graduation parties, and more.Rentals start at $400 plus a catering menu. Please call for a quote.

Business Business MeetingsHold your business meeting in a professional environment with a set-up of your choice, meeting accessories, and audio/visual options.Packages start at just $500. Please call for a quote.

Ceremony CeremonyWe offer ceremonies both indoor or on the outdoor pavilion for $300. This includes an additional hour of rental (in conjunction with a standard rental), professional ceremony rehearsal, indoor or outdoor sound system, and aisle runner.A ceremony may be booked without a reception for $600. Two hours of rental and all standard ceremony services are included.

Catering CateringWe offer the flexibility for you to provide your own catering (clean-up and $300 deposit required).However, if you would like the ease of using our in-house catering, we provide additional services including take-down and clean-up, napkins in desired colors, complete cake cutting service, and professional servers and staff.Menus start at just $3.50 per person. Detailed menus are available upon request. Though we can create a custom menu for you, popular choices include:Chocolate FountainHot Chocolate BuffetPopcorn VendorIce Cream Sundae BuffetAssorted DessertsSoup & SaladDeli BuffetFull Luncheon and Dinner MenusContinental Breakfasts & Meeting SnacksBar Services start at $300 and include bar set-up for 2-3 hours, necessary bartenders, and glassware. You choose and provide the beverages and mixers of your choice. Non-alcoholic bar is also available.

Decor DecorBackdrops: We offer a selection of five versatile backdrops for your ceremony, reception line, or other event for $150-$300 each.Chair Covers/Sashes: For $300, bring additional elegance to your event with chair covers and sashes in the color of your choice.Candy Table Jars: If you choose to provide your guests with a candy table, we provide a variety of unique jars for $50.Candles/Votives: You may provide your own, or we are happy to fill the room with candlelight for $50.Indoor/Outdoor Strung Globe Lights: $150 for dining room strung globe lights only. $225 for outdoor strung globe lights only. $300 for both indoor and outdoor strung globe lights.

Other Other ServicesAdditional rental hours can be purchased with a standard building rental at the rate of $150 per hour.Audio/Visual packages can be customized for your event. Please contact for custom pricing.End your special day with an organized sparkler or bubble send-off for only $50.
